The Faculty Evaluation committee investigates the annual review process and suggests changes to the current structure to ensure that the reviews are conducted in the spirit of openness and collegiality, with an emphasis on constructive development of the individual faculty member as well as the institution. The 研究 and Creative Activity Committee reviews and makes recommendations on policies and procedures related to 研究 and creative activities of the faculty. The committee assists the Provost in the awarding of Faculty Development leave and works with the
